Recording of Conversation Between Morgan Pillsbury and Craig Franklin, September - October, 1999

11. Annexed hereto and marked as Exhibit 11, a true and exact copy of the original in my possession of the “Morgan Pillsbury – Franklin Transcript” a true and exact copy of the original that is in my possession, which I obtained from Morgan Pillsbury in late 1999. The document is transcribed from a tape made by Morgan Pillsbury during a conversation she had with Craig Franklin in October 1999 while he was attending a conference in Atlanta Georgia and she was at her apartment in Jersey City, New Jersey.

The conference in question was for, Advocates for Self-Government.  Craig loved the group because they let him sing.  Singing is one of the ways Craig used to find women before he realized just paying them was simpler and more reliable.  But, he keeps his hand in with the group.  They still sell his tapes for him.

What Craig and Green Hills Software, Inc., did was not legal or ethical.  But judges are relatively cheap to buy.  The question was not, for them, if it was legal, merely what the chances were of being caught.
