And......the envelope please.
I had a lovely chat with the
Information Officer at the court in Las Vegas, who told me the
hearing went on for rather a long time. She did not know if Alex
cried or whimpered this time, unfortunately.
But he most likely did, if his past
record is any measure of what could be expected.
And we have another day to look forward
to. Mark your calendars now! April 16th.
The judge and public defender will be
the same.
Alex received a 90 day jail suspended
sentence IF (This is a BIG IF, given the person who is supposed to
come up with the money is Alex) he coughs up $3,575.00 in fines and
restitution and all requirements are completed.
Now, what do you think the odds are
Alex will pay? Ha!
Alex plead Nolo, which is a mealy mouth
way of saying, “I throw myself on the mercy of the court,”with
adjudication withheld IF all requirements are completed. This means
he also has to stay out of trouble. Don't hold your breath.
Wendy says Alex always
thinks he won if they do not slap on the handcuffs right there in the
court room.
Now, what will happen next?
Now that Craig is 'at liberty' and stalking girls of all ages in
Southern California and elsewhere will Alex finally get a job as his
chauffeur? Will he and Laura move in with Craig in his new digs?
Will Morgan decide to dump the kids and Jay and move out to CA to
assist Craig in finding women, providing cover for him, as she did
before? So many questions to be answered!
Film at 11.
